Are you a distributor or do you make your own shadows?
All Beautylicious Cosmetic shadows are 100% made by me. I take the time to create these beautiful shadows, so others, as well as myself, can enjoy them.
Why don't you have a shopping cart?
The price to own a website with a availability to display your products using a catalog, and buy them directly using a shopping cart is very costly. When sales rise, our website will grow and that will be something that's added on!
How much will I be paying in shipping?
Shipping varies on the amount of product you purchase. Shipping prices start at, 2$ for Canada (orders over 15$ are free), USA, 4$ and International, 6$. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with the shipping fee.
What form of payment do you accept? What do you recommend?
At this point in time, we accept Pay Pal, cash, money order, eCheck, COD(in Canada) and cheque. We recommend you pay with Pay Pal, it's easier and you will receive your products sooner! Cash, money order and cheque are at your own risk, we are not responsible for lost money.
Do I seriously get free samples?
You sure do. Every purchase gets 2 free samples! These samples are chosen at random, and cannot be requested.
Why can't I request what free sample
If you requested what free samples you wanted, it would be just like ordering. These are free shadows that are given to you, therefor we choose the samples at random. Sorry if you don't like the colors chosen for you, but just remember they were free!
Can I return eye pigments?
No sorry. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, all sales are final.
What if I receive different colors then what I ordered?
This is very un-likely to happen. Each order is checked, double checked and triple checked before being shipped off. If this is the case, please message us a.s.a.p and a return can be made. (ONLY IF THE SHADOW IS UNOPENED)
Do I need a base for these shadows?
No! A base will enhance the pigmentation of these shadows, but it's not required. For a more vibrant color, try these colors wet!
